"How to Lose You" explores the quiet grief of shifting relationships and loss, while finding beauty in the impermanence of love. It layers intimate and acoustic sounds but packs a powerful punch of raw emotion.

Maggie's EP title track "Monsters in My Guts" tells the story of her experience growing up with mental illness. After being diagnosed with OCD and severe anxiety at age 7, she learned to cope and heal in her own way.

"Release me" is a more pop-leaning track about heartbreak and conflicting emotions. Comparable to the work of Maggie Rogers, Lizzy McAlpine, and Yana, this cathartic track builds slowly with a powerful band and is perfect to scream to on a long drive.

"Alone" is a raw and evocative track that explores feelings of isolation and depression. Influenced by the sonic palates of Novo Amor, Bon Iver, and Searows, it addresses self-acceptance and learning to express your emotional needs.

Maggie's debut single "Anxiety" musically and lyrically represents the cycle of anxious overwhelm and self-regulation that many people struggle with. It also aims to convey the message that you have the power to control your mind, even when it doesn't feel like it.

"Hold Me Autumn" is a love letter to the season of Fall. It is a cozy, indie folk track that takes you on a warm and gentle journey of flowing piano, nostalgic guitars, and acoustic layers.
